1.
How do I learn more about P3?
Click
on the Contact Us tab and
then phone us during office hours for referral to a
P3 presentation. You can also e-mail us or complete
the web form on this
page and submit. We will contact you with the details
of a P3 presentation in your area. You can also book for a presentation directly on the website on the Presentations page.
2.
What are the costs involved to attend a presentation?
All
P3 presentations are free.
3.
I am very interested but there is no License Holder
or a P3 Representative in my area.
You do not have to attend a presentation in order to become a P3 club member and share in all the club's benefits. When you fax us the downloaded Membership Application form we will post you the Property in a Box after having received your first membership payment. The book "Property: Your Key to Wealth", the P3 Business Manual and Property Wealth Manager Software programme contain a lot more detailed information than that which is discussed at the seminar
4.
Will I learn anything at the presentation or is it just
an advertisement?
P3 is of the firm belief that everyone should have access
to knowledge about property investment strategies and
managing a buy-to-let business successfully. Part of
our mission is to empower all people with this eye –
opening knowledge and make a contribution to alleviating
poverty in SA. See our home page.
We share a lot of information with you at our presentation.
We are certain that you will increase your knowledge
and understanding by attending one of our presentations.
5.
Can anybody invest in property?
Anybody with a regular income who will qualify for a bond can invest in property.
6.
With the current interest rates and the global economic
recession, is property still a good investment?
Now is actually the best time to buy. Statistics from ABSA and other banks show consistently that residential property has the highest returns of all asset classes over a 5,10,15 and 20 year period. Besides cash, it has the lowest risk of all asset classes. Return on investment according to our business system is about 50 times better than investment in traditional instruments. This and other eye opening information will be shared with you at our presentation.
7.
Can I invest in property on a beginner's salary without
capital?
Currently all the banks do not require a deposit. Besides this fact, P3 often negotiates a discount from the seller or developer and enables you to utilise this discount as a deposit on the property if needed.
If your salary is still relatively small, it is sometimes necessary to partner up with someone like a family member or friend to be able to qualify for a bond. This will put you in a position to buy your own properties later.
8.
There isn't a P3 License Holder in my area. Will I still
benefit from the Club?
As a P3 club member you will get all the knowledge,
tools and personal assistance to become a successful
investor. People in more outlying areas of SA will have
to travel to the main centres of SA for their personal
consultations about once a year, but all other benefits
will apply.
9.
Do I really need to study the P3 literature before I
start investing?
We believe that investment in the right kind of properties is very lucrative and has a very low risk. One can also burn your fingers if you follow the wrong investment strategies and do not base your investment decisions on sound facts and figures according to a tried and tested system.
Many of our new members tell us that only if they had known before what they know now after joining P3, they would have done things differently and probably would have bought different properties, giving a higher return, than the ones they have bought previously.
10.
What types of properties should one invest in?
P3 has a specific investment strategy based on facts and not on emotion. We teach our members how to accurately and objectively assess a property and how to calculate returns on investment before you buy. The calculations, together with our established investment principles, give one an objective assessment of whether to buy or not. P3 provides investment opportunities of P3 approved properties to our club members almost daily.
11.
Isn’t P3 just another scam which takes people’s
money and then disappears?
P3 has been established since 2003 and we are proud
to say to sceptics that we do not take money from people
to invest on their behalf. We teach you how to invest
your own money and take control of your own assets.
In fact we advocate to everyone that you should not
create distance between yourself and your money. The
moment you hand over your money to another person or
organisation, they take their commissions and charge
you admin fees. What is left of your money, they invest
for you. They never lose. You always end up taking the
risk but have no control.
12.
Is P3 properly registered with the relevant bodies?
Yes, the P3 Property Group is a registered Estate Agency
with the Estate Agencies Affairs board.
Our consulting division P3 Consult is a registered Financial
Services Provider with the Financial Services Board
(FSB) Reg. No: 33046
13.
Can I join the P3 Club if I am a South African, but
working abroad?
Yes, definitely. It’s a great idea to invest in
property in SA while you are earning foreign currency.
Sometimes the banks will only allow an 80 or 90% bond
if you work overseas, but this is not really a problem
for most who earn dollars, euro’s or pounds.
14.
Can I join the P3 Club if I am not a South African Citizen?
Yes, you can. The P3 property investment strategy is
universal and the principles can be applied in most
countries with a free economy.
If you want to purchase P3 investment properties in
SA, our banks might only grant you a 50% bond. You will
however not have the benefit of P3 Mentorship and our
free advanced workshops, unless you visit SA.
The South African property market offers some of the
best returns on investment in the world. It is an interesting
combination of a first and third world economy. There
is a huge housing shortage where the emerging middle
class is increasingly able to afford to buy and rent
good entry level properties. Demand far outstrips supply
and will do so for the foreseeable future.
15.
I am 60 years old, will I still benefit from P3?
Yes, definitely. It is never too late to start investing
in property to create a constant income stream and leave
a legacy behind. Sometimes the banks limit the period
of the bond to 15 years if one is over 60, but we have
strategies in place to enable everyone to get a 20 year
bond. We also show you how to pay your bonds off much
quicker.
16.
How do multiple bonds work?
P3 Bonds is our own in house mortgage originator and
we specialise in obtaining multiple bonds for our members.
We assist our members to set up the right financial
structures to qualify for multiple bonds and also assist
with every application to stand the best chance of getting
the bond approved.
17.
Will I be able to buy multiple properties?
If you have a regular income and a good credit record
there is no reason why you cannot buy multiple properties.
Only your cash flow will determine how many properties
you can buy. Sometimes one buys a few, wait a couple
of years and then buy more. As a club member we will
show you how.
18.
I am blacklisted. Will P3 be able to help me? Will I
be able to invest through P3?
You may still benefit from the knowledge that P3 shares
with its members but unfortunately you will not be able
to get a bond if you are blacklisted or have a poor
record of paying your debts. You will have to see an
attorney to help you get your name off the list at the
credit bureau. Only once your name is cleared will you
be able to really benefit from P3.
19.
Will P3 guarantee that I will get a bond?
P3 cannot guarantee something like this. It all depends
on you credit record and several other factors. The
size of the bond is determined by your regular income.
If there is nothing out of the ordinary, chances are
very good that you will qualify.
We also have various strategies to assist older people
or people who have capital but not a regular income
to obtain bonds.
20.
Why should I join P3 if I could find my own properties?
P3 is a large organisation with a large investor base
and huge buying power. This means that we can negotiate
better prices for properties with developers and other
sellers. These discounts are given back to our investors
in the form of a cash back or rental assistance. You
will not be able to do this on your own. This is a huge
benefit of P3 membership.
21.
Can P3 help me to sell my property?
P3 has very strict criteria about the property it lists
to its members. If you think your property is an exceptional
investment opportunity, you can contact P3 to see if
they agree and are willing to list the property.
22.
I am very interested, where do I start?
The first step is to join the P3 club. Attend a free
presentation if you can and start your journey to financial
freedom from there! Complete a web
form or contact the office
directly to attend a seminar.
23.
How can I become a P3 License Holder or Representative?
P3 is constantly looking for passionate individuals who want to share the power of property investment with fellow South Africans. At the moment there are two options: The first is a part time position as P3 Representative. The main function of a Representative is to present the P3 System to the public and to recruit members for the P3 Investment Club. Remuneration is based on commissions earned monthly for every member recruited. Full training is provided.
The second position is a full time License Holder. Full time means that at least one person in a married couple for instance, should be available full time to devote to this business. Benefits include flexitime and working from home. The P3 License Holder both recruits members for the club, but also finds suitable investment properties for investors and facilitates the property transactions. Commissions are earned for members recruited, as well as Estate Agents commissions earned on the property transactions. If you are interested in obtaining a P3 License, please send a brief CV to our CEO, Dr. Koos du Toit, at koos@hope.co.za.
24.
I've lost my P3 Membership Number. How can I retrieve
it?
Your
P3 Membership Number is displayed om each email you
receive from P3. You need to quote this number in all
your correspondence to P3 and also to log on to the
P3 members' section on the website. |
